How Long Does It Take To Build Out Campaigns?
Generally, we prefer you start two weeks before your month end billing. This allows time to get an email prepared to send with the month end billing as well as regular intervals in the first 30 days. Then, you will see your first revenue in the second month.
Why would I subject my tenants to this program?
In communicating with many owners and tenants, we have found that many would appreciate the options of additional services to both utilize and to profit from.
