How Long Does It Take To Build Out Campaigns?
Generally, we prefer you start two weeks before your month end billing. This allows time to get an email prepared to send with the month end billing as well as regular intervals in the first 30 days. Then, you will see your first revenue in the second month.
Why would I subject my tenants to this program?
In communicating with many owners and tenants, we have found that many would appreciate the options of additional services to both utilize and to profit from. Tenants are getting offers from a number of your competitors with more bells and whistles or discounted services every day. So, why not add value to your offerings at a reasonable price. Besides, your tenant data pool is one of your most valuable assets and should be worked in a way that will strengthen and solidify your business.
How are you different from other brand & digital marketing agencies?
First, we are self storage owners and vendors that understand the needs of other owner/operators. So, we realize the importance of seeing this process from the owner's perspective and providing a "Simple, Transparent, and Effective" process to succeed.
Secondly, our success is your success, and our failure will NOT be your failure. We provide a 30-day out if our services do not exceed expectations. That wll be determined by the Onboarding Call.
